People with severe food allergies are not recommended to partake in the event as we will be serving food in an open environment which will make cross contamination harder to control.

Much of this route is off-road on uneven surfaces and over stiles; therefore, we are very sorry, but this event is not suitable for anyone with accessibility issues.

Due to this, and the addition of stiles across some of the fields, it will also not be suitable for pushchairs. 

Sturdy, sensible shoes for a long walk are a necessity. We recommend checking the weather before you set off and dressing appropriately. We hope for sunhats and sun cream, but you may need to be prepared with waterproofs depending on the forecast.

Dogs are welcome, but they must stay on leads at all times due to the event being on private farm land. Owners, please clean up after your four-legged friends!

This route does contain a handful of stiles that you will need to carry your dog over, so please keep this in mind with any big dogs and the potential of lifting them.

You are welcome to buy tickets for children, but please note we only have one soft drink ticket price, regardless of age. If you want to bring a child with you without paying for a ticket, we are happy for them to come on the walk, but they will not be provided any food or drink. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch for them.

All paying participants will be issued with a meal ticket; anyone without a meal ticket will not be offered refreshments.

Yes, there will be toilet facilities located at each stop off. During the walk, these will be portable toilets.

Baby changing facilities are only available at the start and finish, at Oteley Estate.

Parking is free at Oteley Estate, Ellesmere where you will start and finish your walk. 

Each stop you will receive your starter, main and dessert, plus your drink. There will be plenty of seating available, and each stop is undercover.

You will also be able to fill up your water bottle, and dog bowls will be available for your four-legged friends.

Portable toilets will also be located at each stop. 

Bring your waterproofs! We will be going ahead come rain or shine, so prepare for the weather and keep yourself dry. 

If a weather warning is issued, we will review and update our ticket holders accordingly.
