Shropshire Tasty Trail
The Shropshire Tasty Trail is all about leaving muddy footprints behind, not carbon footprints. By sourcing every starter, main, and dessert from our incredible local producers, we ensure that your tracks across the countryside are the only thing you leave behind.
It’s more than just a meal; it’s a journey through the heart of our region. As you walk, you’ll be supporting the local businesses that make Shropshire unique, enjoying a community-spirited event where every bite tells the story of the land around you.
What is a Tasty Trail?
If you love walking in the great outdoors, socialising with loved ones, eating and drinking delicious produce and supporting local businesses, then this event is perfect for you!
You will embark on an 8-mile walk that will include three stop offs, where you will enjoy a tasty course made with ingredients sourced from the local area.
It will be the perfect opportunity to take in beautiful views across Ellesmere, whilst keeping active and supporting Shropshire’s food and drink producers. There’s no catch!
Come on a journey you won’t forget!
We want the Tasty Trail to be fun for all, which is why we’re lining up live music along the way!
The walk will be suitable for all fitness levels (but please be aware that there may be hills) and it will be an enjoyable, community-spirited event for families, friends, loved ones and work mates.
